EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER – Belgrade, Serbia
The Email Marketing Manager will help manage email marketing programs that drive engagement and generate revenue across Nordeus games. This person will be a talented professional who combines strategic vision with demonstrated email marketing experience. This position requires a professional who can translate business objectives into strategies and project plans for high-volume email marketing programs. Metrics driven, this position requires an experienced eye towards ROI targets and is someone that can analyze large volumes of data and can make key business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Help drive the Nordeus customer retention strategy by developing a comprehensive email program for multiple game studios
- Lead the cross game user contact strategy and manage overall email file health and productivity
- Drive roadmap and requirements for email marketing tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximize customer retention, win-back, cross-sell and up-sell programs
- Manage creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals
- Create data-driven, dynamic email campaigns and tests that deliver against ROI targets through a highly segmented customer base
- Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR, open rates, incremental revenue lift, engagement, retention, and installs
- Contribute to comprehensive testing & reporting matrix that accurately assesses delivery, profitability and performance of each email campaign on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity with fast-growing, high-volume lists
- Work with cross functional team to develop and advance email tools
Required Skills:
- BA/BS degree with a strong academic record.
- Experience in email marketing from concept to completion
- Demonstrated success in managing high volume integrated email marketing programs for consumer audiences
- Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing and ROI analysis
- Expert knowledge of Silverpop, Cheetahmail or other top tier email marketing/CRM
- Strategic CRM focus and can suggest creative solutions in-line with business objectives
- Self-starter with ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of HTML, basic image editing functions with an eye towards award-winning email designs
- Passion for retention and email marketing, as well as personal achievement of goals with a drive to succeed
- Experience with social media and/or strong interest in the gaming industry

CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST FOR THAI – Belgrade, Serbia
As a member of our team you will be in charge of making our players happy – by communicating with them in Thai language. You will be helping with any product or service related questions, solving problems and ensuring that our players receive top class customer service. Additionally you will participate in community forums by presenting new features, discussing bugs and resolving issues there. Finally you will help us translate our games, making sure our Thai versions are perfect – and fun!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer’s technical and billing queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships by preserving current users and by drawing new ones as well as converting non-paying users
- Capable of handling customer complaints
- Log technical issues and work with studios and QA department on escalated issues
- Act as a point of contact for your peers and other departments on all technical issues
- Must show excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Maintains quality service standards
- Adhere to policies and procedures
- Handles customer refunds for paid services according to procedure and guidelines

Required Skills:

USER ACQUISITION MANAGER – Belgrade, Serbia
Nordeus is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team! At Nordeus, you will be working on User Acquisition Campaigns to help increase our user base. The ideal candidate will be extremely data & analytics savvy and have experience running acquisition campaigns specifically for mobile, social or online games. We are looking for people who possess a metrics-driven mindset who can optimize marketing spend aimed at acquiring new customers. User Acquisition Manager will be required to communicate results and performances to multiple parties, and will be reporting directly to the CMO. Responsibilities:
- Identify new channels of user acquisition across web and mobile platforms
- Manage & implement Customer Acquisition campaigns via a variety of channels
- Optimize campaign performance across various marketing mediums in ROI-driven way
- Continually test campaign management as well as creative strategies
- Set monthly budgets, manage acquisition goals, and provide daily spend and performance reports around trends and key metrics specific to goals
- Collaborate with designers to generate compelling creative that drives user engagement
- Plan, evaluate and manage analytics and funnel optimization programs to increase conversion, repeat visits, new users, viral distribution and lifetime value
- Apply expertise in mobile, social, and game marketing to devise innovative and efficient marketing campaigns Develop new insights and analyses and perform detailed data exploration and validation to identify meaningful trends
- Meet aggressive user acquisition targets while staying within marketing budget and show measured improvement in unique visitors and reduced acquisition costs
- Develop, execute, test and monitor effective marketing campaigns, promotions and channels to grow and diversify sources of traffic
- Build and maintain relationships with external channel partners

Required Skills:
- Experience working in the internet, mobile, or social advertising space
- At least 1 year experience in an acquisition focused role with heavy focus on data analytics,data/campaign optimization, and reporting
- Experience running and managing online acquisition programs with an emphasis on CPA/CPI andCPC
- Experience with buying and optimizing programs across self-service platforms such as FacebookAds, Google AdWords, AdMob, iAds, and working with various ad networks
- Ability to develop structured and ad hoc campaign performance reports based on requirement.
